Refreshing Green Smoothie

1 cup raw baby Spinach
1 oz crystal ginger 
1 medium banana 
1 Tbsp lime juice 
5 chunk slices of cucumber 
1/2 c blueberries  
1/2 c fresh frozen pineapple 
6 oz apple juice 
1 c ice

Place all items in blender, liquid and ice first.  Blend until smooth, about 40 seconds.  Makes about 2 10 oz. servings  173 calories.
