This morning my alarm went off reminding me of early swim at the Y.  I'm there in spirit, really.  Had all intentions of being there before dawn but something about going outside and catching the sound of that cold air whipping around detered my plan.  Only temporarily, long enough for me to talk some sense back in myself.
