Busting a Lurk

Besides slight dehydration and feeling like my face is wind burned, I'm trying to focus on what activities I could perform in conjunction with intermittent treadmill running today.  Its been maybe 2 weeks without going to the gym.  My goal is to run 2 hours today in 15-20 minute intervals.  I want to drink 5 bottles of water and try to prepare myself something to eat. 
There's laundry to do and dishes to wash and put away floors to clean etc.  Instead of getting so consumed with chores as a 'workout' I need some time to focus on running and water drinking.
