1st session break changed clothes, loaded the dishwasher, helped Jesse find his stuff for his gym visit then started my 2nd session. 1.51 mi., 20:07min. Before 3rd session I stopped for lunch. Still low on water count. Did the vacuuming, dry/wet mopped the floors, and emptied the trash bin then cleaned the vanity in the half bath. Watching Top Chef, feeling drowsy and lethargic. Wanting to include a short dog walk as an additional session at the end. Its going on 4pm, and I need to drink 4 more bottles of water and do
80:00 more minutes of running. Session 3 30min. +1 bottle of water, semi ready for bed. Took my vitamins then dosed off shortly before session 4. 27 mins. One session left for the 180minute goal for today. I'm impressed so far. My body is confused and sore this morning. I made some pasta salad, bean and chicken salad with rice. Final session happened some time during the Bears way to victory over the Cowboys. Amazing win for the Bears and even more meaningful for me.
