Nicole 'off the cuff' cooking

 

 

Cooking for the adult child at home proves its woes once again.  Tonight is football night therefore I should have planned accordingly with frozen pizza.  The salmon didn't receive the review I hoped for. 

With the vanishing oatmeal cookies shown here the instructions are correct in saying makes 4 dozen.  Once all the dough was made I divided it into 4 equal rounds.  Working with cold dough isn't easy but who wants to mess with all those cookies hanging around?
