Supplements

Started using the GNC Energy multi vitamins for women early this year. Does it make sense to pop the whole packet of vitamins at once? Probably not. This morning I separated the fat burner, Amino acid and green tea extract pills from the rest in the packet. Since the supplement doesn't include an iron pill I also take one of those with the multi-vitamin and fish oil. Suppose a better time to take the others would be closer to the time I exercise, definitely not before bed or in the morning with a cup of coffee.

For the strangest reason I'm craving fast food but don't want to ruin my 40+ days w/o eating meat besides fish. Maybe I just want a grilled cheese, milkshake, and fries; just as bad. Maybe I just want to eat something that I had nothing to do with the preparation of. Its a holiday, my body is telling me, feed me something yummy and don't feel guilty about it!
